SUMMER CAMP 2012
Our day camp is a terrific experience for kids who are new to horses and those who are experienced. The program focuses on building horsemanship skills. Each day campers will participate in a riding lesson and will learn all the different ways to care for horses. New riders will learn the English style of riding; focusing on mounting, steering, communication and correct body position. We also have a lesson for more experienced riders who comfortably trot, canter and jump fences up to 2' high. It's fun to see how much progress our riders make by the end of the week! After lunch, campers have a blast making crafts and playing games in the meadow. Enrollment is on a week by week basis, we accept 20 campers per week. For a daily schedule, click here.
Ages: 8 to 12 years old
Camp Hours: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm (sorry we don't offer extended hours)
Week 1: June 18 - 22 $325.00 - CLOSED/FULL
Week 2: June 25 - 29 $325.00- CLOSED/FULL
Week 3: July 2 - 6 $275.00 *No Camp on WED. JULY 4
Week 4: July 9 - 13 $325.00
